Already a Camper?

Congratulations Camper! You have now officially registered for the 2013 Legends Camp. Before you get down to Jupiter, we require you to fill out a few forms.

All forms need to be submitted by January 5, 2013.

• Release Form
• Camper Biography Information Form
  • This Biography will be used for your very own 2013 Legends Camp Media Guide. A great keepsake to show your friends!
• Function Ticket Request Form
  • If family or friends are attending camp and would like to attend our events, please fill out the Function Ticket Request Form. Payment is due by January 5, 2013.
• Transportation Request Form
  • This form is required for scheduling your transportation to and from the airport. Even if you will not be utilizing E & R Travel, please let us know your arrival and departure times.
